MediaPlexServer stopped running

please help.
According to the log file the database is corrupted. Same thing happened before.
Attached is the log file. Plex Media Server stop running. Every time i restart it, it shuts off. i reinstalled the software and nothing. This is not right because i have 2TB of digital files and i can not be redoing this server when it crashes. I did it once and it is not ease to create libraries, and playlist. I may have to look for another program if this keep persisting. i don’t have the time.

Reinstalling the app won’t fix a broken/corrupted database.
Here’s the procedure you can use to attempt doing that…

As Tom80H said, repair a corrupt database is your initial task, if that fails use a previous backup or nuke the Plex server and re install. Follow those instructions carefully and exactly.

I did what you told me to do. I copied and pasted all the comand line one by one and it said" no such file and directory found". I also deleted these two files com.plexapp.dlna.db-shm
com.plexapp.dlna.db-wal. when i delete them the server started working but non of my libraries and playlist came back. That means that i have to create them back. Something the I don’ t want to do because i have lots of music and video files. I did that once and I don’t want to do it again.

The exemplary instructions are based on Windows.
Make sure to use the paths adjusted for macOS (see the bottom of the article) and to apply the correct commands… the macOS terminal understands cd but won’t understand copy (correct command should be cp).

I noticed that the explanation was for windows server. I figured out another way. What I did was I deleted the more recent library database com.plexapp.plugins.library.db and replace it with a previous working library database com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-2022-04-25, so I took off -2022-04-25 and it worked. I did not have to repair the database on the terminal.
Thank you for your help,

You might want to check if that file has database corruption. Plex can still run with a semi-corrupt database. Id verify the file is good, and stash a copy of the database in a backup folder. Do this every once in a while and you really limit the damage that can happen in the future for a corrupt database.
