As someone who enjoys filling in the gaps for uploading themes for the TV shows I imagine shifting through all those e-mails for themes has to be kind of annoying and I figure it would be easier if there was some sort of upload page that users could search for a show and that search can pull results from TVDB and then the user can see if the theme has been uploaded and approved or not. If not, allow the user to upload via a web-page a possible theme. Have the front end do basic initial checks such as making sure the name format [name - TVDB ID.mp3] is correct and its the right length and bit-rate. Then the approver can simply listen to it on their end and check for sound quality and have a one-click option to approve it.
