Database Corruption

I might have the same problem. I cannot play movies from any client (web, Android phone, Android TV). All movie posters are gone except for a few probably locally cached on the respective devices. When I try to play/go to a movie I get that something went wrong or that the server is not accessible. A quick look in the log file gives many Got exception from request handler: std::bad_cast errors. I am running PMS 1.30.2.6563 on Unraid 6.11.0.

Moved your post to the unraid & docker areas.

You’ve database corruption.

Use the PlexDBRepair utility to correct it.

You can restore from a backup, if available, or repair the current database.

See Scenario A & B in the readme file.

Thank you for your help. It was indeed a corrupted database, and the repair function fixed it for me.

I can play from every platform except Plex.

I am looking at all of the solutions available and apparently I am screwed. I am not a programmer or coder.
