As of yesterday (and after an update install), the Date View for the list of videos in a directory has been changed from the number of days/months a video was last watched to some progress status of the time remaining unwatched for the videos. I thought the latter was under the setting display for Progress, which I disabled. I do not need to see which videos have unwatched time left.
I’ve searched through all the available settings and cannot find anything where I can return to the “Date View” back to its former format of the period of time last watched. Yes, I realize by tapping on the “Date View” I can toggle the sorting of the videos to either ascending or descending order of when the videos were watched but the column is basically blank for all the videos except those with unwatched length remaining for that video.
On the other hand the mustard-colored dots for the entirely unwatched videos are somewhat helpful (though actually unneeded, if push came to shove).
Better yet, I’d prefer an actual date mm/dd/yy in the “Date View” column over the imprecise x days or x months listed formerly. But I’ll will also take the imprecise x days or x months over the now blank column besides the x minutes left that is now displayed under the “Date View” column.
I wish the community members could vote for those superficial display or customized view changes before they are added or modified.
