Im using @ChuckPa’s DBRepair tool, and got this failure - not sure what to do next

Hi @ChuckPa I’m also having an issue with DBRepair on Windows I tried the Bat and the Power Script. When I run the program it creates a new “com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db” without issues but the “com.plexapp.plugins.library.db” size is always “0kb”.
