It looks like with Debian, the APT repository is pointing to file that is not available from the AWS bucket for some reason. Perhaps this is just an AWS permissions issue at Plex ?
This is the error message from the debian apt upgrade:
I’m having the same issue. I just installed (yesterday) debian 13.3 on bare metal for a headless dedicated plex server. all was going smoothly until i finally went to run the plex install.
Not sure If i should try work-arounds or wait until they fix it.. IF they fix it any time soon..
Sticking with win11 is looking better and better..
Have a look at the first post in this thread, specifically the last paragraph. It shows instructions for setting up the new repository via a Plex-provided script.
While I understand that are all of us are upset at the devs making Plex worse and worse with their decisions. Lets at least be nice to each other. If all you are going to post is RTFM, then just dont post. Telling someone to go figure it out just makes you a bully.
Mod - in my opinion. That’s way too sensitive to take down my last post. No one is abusing anything. I’m on topic - some people need manner lessons. I’m done if we can leave it all alone ?
