Delete files on schedule?

Is it possible for Plex to delete old files from a specific folder on a given schedule? Sort of a Cron task?
I have a folder which holds DVR files. Overtime, they become too many. I’m not particular about the criteria. I just need old files deleted.
I guess the easy thing would be to use my operating system to delete the said files. I use an Asustor NAS. ADM doesn’t seem to do this easily. I know Synology does it.

Plex has such a feature only for tv shows.

But not for movie-type content.

This is very close to what I’m looking for. I might have to adapt it. Two related questions:

1. What happens to the old TV shows, which I already had in Plex before I set up the new functionality?
2. How do I get your screen? I went the main menu and selected to edit the TV shows folder and went to advanced but I got a different screen as below:

This setting is per show, not per library.
