Delete movie file but keep folder

Server Version#:Synology Ds718+
Player Version#:5.55.2 Samsung TV

Had to rebuild my Plex due to a larger hard drive in my Synology DS718+

Previously, when deleting my Samsung TV, Plex just deleted the file and left the folder.
Now he also deletes the folder.
Is there a possibility that he just deletes the file again?
