Deleted plex because server showed up wonky (reactive account please)

Hey,
I have deleted my plex account to start fresh because my asustor server. i had reinstalled the pms from the store, but when i went back to the webpage, it was saying to install pms amd searching for server but not creating one. So i deleted my account to start fresh. Can it be activated again???
