Did Plex change the ip addresses for remote access?

The Plex support articles show these two ip addresses that are being used by Plex for remote access: 54.170.120.91 and 46.51.207.89. I set up my port forwarding to only allow connections from those ip addresses and it’s been working great for over a year. Now it will only work if I allow port forwarding for all traffic instead of just those two ip addresses.

Does anyone know if Plex changed the ip addresses and never updated their support articles?

You also have to allow inbound connections from each of the clients WAN IPs which will be connecting, in addition to the Plex IPs (if you choose to lock it down in this manner). Have you done that? Have you recently disabled Plex Relay?

But to answer your specific question, the document still shows the same IP addresses:
https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/plex-sidekiq-servers-list/sidekiqIPs.txt

It’s supposed to be dynamically-updated.

No. That’s not what the IP addresses are used for.
They are only used to check the availability of your server.
Each plex client device will use its own actual IP address. It definitely doesn’t happen that all remote traffic is routed through these two IP addresses.
