Direct connection problem IPV6 WAN

Hi, here is my problem: I currently have a windows server with plex installed on it. All of them work locally but impossible to access content over 720p. My SFR box does not have (and will never have) IPv4 WAN and therefore has an IPv6 WAN.
Plex tells me that the server is not accessible remotely (while it is), I have the plex pass and I was able to test with a brocker tunnel: it works with the given link.
I tested several tracks, but nothing worked, I come to the following conclusion: change operator and switch to a box with public ipv4

How do I tell plex to use IPv6 for the direct connection to my server?

Maybe Up ?

Plex can work over IPv6, but it all has to be configured manually.

Here’s how to do it: Ipv6 support for myplex - #269 by thornrag

Don’t forget to add a rule in the IPv6 firewall of your router to allow incoming connections on TCP port 32400 towards your server.

Also bear in mind that when you are serving only over IPv6, the client also needs to have IPv6 connectivity itself - an IPv4 client cannot connect to an IPv6 server.
