Direct Stream causing black screen with no audio

I’ve got a Roku Ultra and watching content has been great until this latest upgrade of the server 1.13.6.5339.

I seem to be having a problem where some content when Direct Play on the Roku will just cause a black screen with no audio but the time on the player will advance. If I disable Direct Stream I can see the content but this all worked fine just a few days ago. Do we know if 1.13.6.5339 had anything in it that would have impacted this?

I am having the same issue with a specific set of mkv files. As far as I can tell there is nothing special about the files. I can watch the videos if I disable direct play or if I watch them from my computer.
