Hello,
Is there some civilized and hassle-free way of disabling episode thumbnails as quite often they show spoilers? I’m aware that I can manually set a local asset image for each episode but in some cases there are a lot of episodes spread between many seasons and that would be very tedious. Is there some clever way to disable the images entirely for specific show or have one custom image that would be used for each episode?
