Would it at all be possible to disable horizontal scrolling in plex media player? Maybe in some config file or something?
Can you give some context where you would like to see it disabled and what specific version of PMP you’re using?
With PMP an important question will also always be: Web or TV mode? 
When you scroll up and down it scrolls horizontally
