When playing a playlist of videos, the videos previously watched up to a point will continue playing from that point left. I don’t what to resume???
This is frustrating with a playlist of frequently watched music videos for example.
How can I disable this so It will restart form beginning every videos/ not to resume?

There is no way to achieve that.
All you can do is to reset the ‘played/unplayed’ state of all those videos regularly.

I have the opposite problem. It does not resume. Just to let you know my setup incase this may help you. Mine are disabled from showing up in the dashboard. I don’t know if this would cause it or not, but that’s what I have
How can you mark all of the videos in a folder as ‘unplayed’ in bulk? Is it possible to do it from the command line? Resuming a movie makes sense, but resuming a music video doesn’t. Who would want to start watching a video from the middle?! There should be a enable/disable resume option (perhaps ‘global’ and for various types of media too).
This should be an option per playlist. I understand your use case and agree with it. In my case my playlist in unwatched TV episodes. I want them to resume where I left off.
+1 this. I decided to move my music videos out of the MKV iOS app into Plex. That app does a good job of creating and managing music video playlists, but I’m trying consolidate as much into Plex as possible.
That app cannot resume videos at all, so starting videos from the beginning is not a problem.
For me , Music Video’s are essential to my treadmill workout as I run a lot faster and usually longer sessions when I have them as opposed to when I only have music but no video.
Plex Devs, help America stay fit and add “Music Video” support or more general “let playlist override resume” features to your backlog!
+1, please give us an option to set NOT to resume Music video to all videos at once.
