Sweet fades is one on my favorite features of Plex/Plexamp. Most of the time it makes for a great transition between songs when listening on random. However, on certain songs, particularly those that end or begin with a quiet section. Take, for instance, Bohemian Rhapsody. The quiet part at the end is an integral part of the song, but with sweet fades on, it gets overplayed with the start of the next song. I would love to have an option to tag a song with a “Don’t Fade End” or “Don’t Fade Start” option on a track to disable the sweet fades for those tracks where I don’t want overlap, but keep the overlap on for all other songs.

Sweet fades are super cool 98% of the time, but with some songs it just doesn’t work that well. I would gladly take the time to tag those tracks manually if it was possible to do so.
