The current system allows you to restrict users to have access to titles with a certain label. In some cases, it would be simpler to restrict users to have access to titles without a certain label instead.
Example: They can see all movies unless it’s labeled as “scary”, which if your library only has 1% scary movies, is much easier than going through 99% of the library to label movies as “not_scary” and then given them access to “not_scary” labels.
