So the current implementation of the Discovery of paid services isn’t what I would have expected. Its very clunky and isn’t very useful. I would have expected the ability to sign into the service and add the channels to the grid view of my live guide for live tv. If I want something on the services streaming library I would have expected a way to brows the library. Please consider the ability to create a single interface where I can watch / listen to all my media regardless of origin. You will own the world if you can make it work!!!
And therefore streaming providers won’t allow it… (licensing etc.)

So make it work so It opens the providers app. Play-on figured it out so it cant be that hard. The providers still gets to control the content and how its delivered, just be the single interface to the providers. If you can create a window for the big ones Xfinity, Spectrum, DIRECTV, Sky… just give me a way to link them and put my user credentials in so I can click on it without having to go in and out of apps/websites.
You should already be able to do that in Plex Web, the mobile apps and iirc Plex for Apple TV and Android TV

Is this about direct integration of paid/restricted live streams?
With the online streaming services listed in the Discover section you can already click on individual items which are available on those platforms to be paid or rented and Plex should bring up their respective homepages (or the respective apps if you’re accessing Discover using one of the mobile Plex Apps or Android/Apple TV apps).
