i am trying to add an epg list of 4000 channels and i keep getting the error “There was a problem fetching channel mappings. Please try again later.”. i am using a dispatcharr epg url.
Are you actually trying to add 4000 channels to plex with dispatcharr?
From a simple google search “Plex imposes a hard limit of 420 to 480 live channels per tuner source. While some users experience the cut-off around 420, the interface officially breaks or fails to save channel lineups if your M3U playlist exceeds this range”
Your dispatcharr epg should only be as big as your matched channels in your playlist if you have everything configured correctly, therefore, if your playlist of channels (not the individual streams on the right from your provider m3u) is actually 4000, maybe consider trimming to an appropriate, manageable, and actually usable amount of channels.
