As a Plex Server operator, it would be nice if I could remotely view Plex Server’s resource usage inside the Plex Web App. It would be great to see each individual Plex process / job / service / transcode and the resources they are using - CPU / GPU / Memory / Disk / Network. Taking things even further, it would be great to see this information per streaming session.
This information is helpful in determining performance bottlenecks. For example, if a user is streaming a particular video that requires transcoding and is affecting overall system performance, and therefore impacting other users who are also streaming, this would help the server operator troubleshoot what’s going on.
