I have PlexConnect currently running and seems fine but I hasten to add with a little confusion.
My PMS runs on my iMac with data stored on my QNAP.
I have set up one of my Apple TV’s which works wirelessly with the Movie Trailer link etc and working fine
The question I do have is when editing the DNS setting on my iMac am I editing the Ethernet or Wireless IP?
I originally edited the Ethernet IP but when I started PlexConnect in Terminal it showed my Wireless IP, so had to edit the Apple TV to that IP.
Is what I’ve done correct, in editing the Ethernet IP on the iMac or should I also be editing the Witeless IP on my iMac?
Also why would have PlexConnect started with the Wireless IP and not the iMac I that I had set?

If both network interfaces on your iMac are active you can use either.
GDM will override any hard coded IP, so if you want to specify a specific one you can disable this (see advance sections on the wiki).
