The Topic Title web page says to:

 

3. Enter the IP of your PlexConnect server as the DNS.

       Find your PlexConnect IP from the terminal/CMD window that you are using to run PlexConnect.

 

Then set the AppleTV's DNS to the PlexConnect IP.

 

It seems from the small image that ("08:24:20 PlexConnect: IP_self: 10.205.224.34"in this specific example) the PlexConnect IP is 10.25.224.34.

But the larger image when configuring AppleTV's DNS to the PlexConnect IP, looks like it is set to 192.168.000.069.

This is very confusing to me. Shouldn't the larger image indicate 010.025.224.034 DONE?

the 10.x.x.x and the 192.168.x.x IP ranges are all private IPs and ultimately doesn't matter what IP is used as long as it is the same when you put it into the ATV.

PlexConnect IP from the terminal/CMD window shows you an IP of 192.168.0.69 then that's what you need to put into the ATV DNS setting. If it shows something else, then put that in.

Tho i have to agree, the oversight in the screenshot missmatch can make it a bit confusing.

The screens mismatch is because the page was redone with a different network. I will put it on the list to fix as it could confuse people.
