to be able to Remote Stream again from Plex servers or still Like most Smart TVs you still need to disable secure connection ? i want to buy an apple TV 4k 2021 for a Family member so he can stream again from my Server Since his Samsung is Not working anymore with Secure Connection

Apple TV is not impacted by the issue you’re referring.
I’m using a 1st Gen Apple TV 4K – still going strong w/o issues.
