[DOCKER] please implement updates through GUI

Since I got notified there was an update in Plex Web why couldn’t it tell the PMS to reinstall itself with the newer version and restart PMS in the docker container without requiring the user to restart the docker container? Of course, there could be some config to say whether the user wants auto-update or manual update?

That is exactly the request of this thread… but these guys are moving slow with any new features since years
