I’m running PMS via the linuxserver docker container with an NFS volume mounted to the plex configuration directory. After working for a while, PMS will stop responding to connected clients and fails to connect to any new clients.
I’ve looked at the logs and they show that my user is being authenticated when I try to load the Plex web app, but the client eventually fails to connect as unreachable. When I try to directly access A-B-C-D.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.plex.direct:3200/web, I’m able to load the client but it is unable to connect to the server.
I’ve also seen in the logs SLOW QUERY messages. I’ve investigated these on this forum and tried optimizing my database a few times. Is there an inherent issue with running Plex with the databases located on an NFS mount?
Please let me know which logs (server, client) will be helpful and if any PII needs to be redacted.
