Since the last xbox update of the Plex app it refuses to remain authenticated and requests a new code verification via the plex.tv/link every time I go to start the app from power on.

Yup ive been having this problem for months, every single day i have to go to www.plex.tv/link and put in a code…EVERYDAY its getting real boring.

I’ve just bought an xbox one and have been getting this. Constant requests for codes. Not exactly workable when I intended it to be used by my kids.
Don’t think I am doing anything wrong but I’m open to suggestions.
It’s broke and no one wants to fix it… pretty crap now my kids can’t use it either. They could just go back to the previous version that Worked, but no they choose to ignore everyone
Try logging into the PLEX server, go to server settings / devices and delete the XBOX entry (or multiple entries if you see them from the same device). You’ll have to sign back into PLEX from the XBOX itself but that may work. Good Luck!
Make sure you’re using the same Xbox login every time you access Plex too. Plex can only link to one Xbox account. So if your kids login on their Xbox account which isn’t linked to Plex and they try to access Plex it’ll mess up the link and you’ll have to re-link. There are ways around this, but you’ll need to create a Plex account for every user that wants to use Plex.
