Doesnt MacOS client support directplay at all?

Ever since I disabled transcoding on the server I have not been able to play a single video file on the macbook. They all return the same error message.

The client and server appear to be connected directly on the same network.

I am sorry about the Norwegian language, but the message is saying there is no protocols, playback profiles, and not enough CPU to transcode.

Player Version#: 8.14

Which app is this?

Are you using Plex for Mac? If so, do you have application logs during when you reproduce this issue?
