Don't let me seek if you are still drawing the seek bar

Please don’t let me manipulate the seek bar if the plex app hasn’t finished drawing it / locating it. So many times I go to resize the bottom left corner of a window, and plex seeks back to 0:00 because I touched the corner of the window.

This happens on windows and mac
