Downgrade the Android phone app

Hi all. I’m sadly on Version 2025.12.0 on my android phone. Because I want to use the download feature on my phone this app is unusable.

So I’m looking for an older apk prior to the new “upgrades”.

Anyone know what version was last before they screwed it all up?

Unfortunately the new version has ruined the app for me too - the way I use it no longer work’s so I’ve downgraded using a file from apkmirror.

It looks like the last version of the fully working client is 10.26.0.2578. The new broken version is called 2025.10.1

Enshitification is in full flow.

Version 10.26.0 was the last for Android before the new interface. You can download it from the old Android announcement thread.

That’s perfect, got me up and running once again. Hopefully the new upgraded version will catch up with the outgoing version soon.

Thanks for this! They need to fire the product manager making these calls. Insanely poorly managed. I hope Jellyfin now implements this feature. It was the only feature keeping me a Plex user.

Can we have both versions living together, I mean installed at the same time?
