Download first 10 minutes of each movie/TV

I use an adaptive caching solution (StableBit CloudDrive) with a large cache (1TB) in front of a cloud drive (7TB) so it would be really handy if I could download the first (e.g.) 10 minutes of each movie/episode so that it will start immediately.

I realise this is a little odd, but are there any solutions for viewing the first 10 minutes of all media files?
