Downloaded content on android doesn't show resume progress

Hey,
I have 2 problems with downloaded content on android player:

  1. When I’m downloading content from the plex server to the android device, it starts the video from the beginning although it has to resume it. Please see attached

    How can it be fixed? It used to work great few weeks ago.. I tried to reinstall, clean cache and data, reset the server.

  2. When I’m trying to watch a video from the main screen (not from the downloaded tab) that is already downloaded, it works with the resume point but the subtitles doesn’t load up although I enabled them on the player. Please see attached.

1 - Known issue with downloaded content, we’re working on it.

2 - Do you have the setting enabled to prefer downloaded content? If not, then it’s streaming and that’s why it works. For the subtitles, I’ve seen that reported with RTL languages.

For the second question, I did enable the prefer downloaded content option and the subtitles are RTL subs.
In that case the subs don’t work when playing from main screen.
I didn’t try to disable the option because I can’t stream when I commute. There is fix for that?
BTW, it happens with every subtiles I choose for downloaded content from main screen. Not just RTL subs
