Include subtitles when downloading content on the mobile Android app.
I’ve been waiting to submit this ticket for a while because I figured it would be dealt with soon enough, but it’s been long enough that I suspect this has gone unnoticed…
I see someone else posted about something similar on iOS back in 2015 which seems to have been almost immediately solved, so here’s hoping
It seems this might be linked to a known error (not so much a generally missing feature)

@Honest-Lyre_ed The Plex app should download all the subtitles if the subtitles are not being burned in to the video. When burned in, we do not include any other subtitle. Could this be your situation.
using the burn in option is the only way I have of including subtitles, without it on there is no options for subtitles
