Downloaded playlists not removing deleted tracks?

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156-f737b826c (macOS 15.7.3)
Player Version#: Plexamp v4.12.4 (iOS 26.3)

Does anybody else have an “issue” where a Smart Playlist is downloaded to their phone (works fine), it updates if tracks change (also works fine), but media that has been deleted from the PMS server isn’t removed from the phone?

Usually it’s not a big deal, but to solve it I delete the playlist (or playlists) and re-sync them.

A bit tedious.

Has been happening for a while (different versions of macOS & iOS, server & player, etc.)
