i see :-) the problem is that dreamplex does not know your machine identifieres. just go to server settings and open once every entry you have. just hit save in each of them. this will save the machine identifiers. this should solve it :-)

yes. at the moment you have to transcode to have subtitles. only if there are embeded once it might work with streamed.
