I have a dual HDHR Extends (HDTC-2US) setup for my Plex DVR. The Plex DVR has no issues communicating with the tuners for setting up the DVR. The issue I have been experiencing is at the viewing user end of the connection.
Room 1:
Hardware: Amazon Fire TV
Connection: Ethernet
Status: Can tune, record, view shows on the Plex DVR.
Issues: None
Room 2:
Hardware: Amazon Fire TV
Connection: Ethernet
Status: Can view shows on the Plex DVR.
Issues: Can tune all Live TV channels EXCEPT for Channel 6 (RF Channel 33) and Channel 12 (RF Channel 34)
Room 3:
Hardware: ROKU 3
Connection: Ethernet
Status: Can view shows on the Plex DVR.
Issues: Can tune all Live TV channels EXCEPT for Channel 6 (RF Channel 33) and Channel 12 (RF Channel 34)
Has anyone else ran into an issue with tuning Live TV channels on one device inside their network and not on other devices inside the same network? When I try to tune to either channel 6 or 12 it is an instant error that it cannot tune to that channel. I go back to the first room and choose either of the same channels and up pops the live stream.
The PMS is updated to the latest stable version. All viewing hardware is also updated to the latest software for the device and for the Plex app.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
