See the attached screen shot, i have duplicates everywhere all of a sudden

take screenshots of the get info window of each duplicate of one of the episodes. also of your library folder set up.
scanner logs would also be useful

Do you have several ‘TV Show’-type libraries?
Perhaps there is a second library, pointing to the same folder?
i have not seen anything in logs that would explain it yet but still looking
@OttoKerner. Just two TV libraries, one for kids that contains the “G” rated stuff, and the other listed above for PG, PG13 and R
Was totally missing this in log but a coworker took a look and saw that you seem to have the 03-PG13 folder in both your “Kids TV Show” library and your “Adult TV Shows” library
section 6 is the Kids library and section 4 is the adult library
