Duplicated AppData folder (Win11)

Hi, I have PMS running on Win11 and I’ve got a duplicate Plex Media Server folder within my AppData folder. The second one is nested within the first one. The second one seems to be the only one updating, however the first one has more folders. Please see screenshot:

I can’t see anywhere within the PMS settings that link to this second path, and equally cannot see it within the registry settings.

Any pointers would be appreciated thanks.

Did you experiment with moving the plex data folder location before?

If Plex server is using a different than the default location, you should be seeing this in the registry. See [HowTo] An extended guide on how to move the Plex data folder on Windows for the name of the key. If the key exists at all, you changed it at one time.

Thanks OttoKerner! Step 5 of your extended instructions was my issue - The “Beware” part had been entered in my LocalAppDataPath Registry Key.
