DVR Channel missing from EPG

I seem to be missing one channel in my “Watch Now” section. I’m using an unsupported tuner, though I’m not sure that its relevant to my issue. Plex scans and finds my channels. There are 13 found channels, and it shows 13 “enabled” in my tuner settings. However, there are only 12 channels showing in my “Watch Now” section. The channel is be3 (channel 116 with EPG data coming from Sky HD). If i try to map the be3 to another channel available in the EPG data then i can watch this channel (Obviously with the incorrect EPG data). This leads me to believe that the EPG data is missing from this channel.

Do i have any options to get the correct EPG data mapped to this channel?
I tried the form for “Gracenote EPG Data Issue Details” but that was about a month ago

same problem here.
germany, provider: unitymedia
as you can see comedy central and epg are in the list after scanning.

but comedy central is not correctly shown in dvr/livetv list with pc and mobile client. i can watch the channel but there is no epg data.

on other clients like amazon fire stick it is not even in the list.
