i use a Digital Device Octopus Net C2, and run a Synology DS218play.
I have the problem, that DVR is not available.
What can i do?

1 - That is not a supported tuner. You can try following the info in https://support.plex.tv/articles/community-supported-tuners/ to see if you can get it to work. But since it’s unsupported, it might not work.
2 - You need a Plex Pass to use the DVR feature, which according to your forum profile, you do not have.

If you had a Plex Pass it would say next to your username in forum the same way his says “Team Member” next to his. You would also have an orange Plex Logo on the avatar.
