DVR Lack of Support

I have a HDHomeRun Connect. When I set the DVR to record, most times it records partial show or not at all.

I’m getting a little fed up with the lack of support Plex provides it’s Plex pass members.

The support is severely lacking and when you do actually get some support, its from a forum member with an attitude problem.

I’ll give this one more try before giving up on Plex and trying something else like EMBY.

Please post full logs, Settinga/Server/Help, click the download logs link and upload the zip file created. Also include what show you are having a problem with, what time it should have started and when it should have ended.

Looks like you had some sort of network issue during the recording:

Plex Server is reporting from what I can tell that possibly connection to your router (192.168.1.1?) disappeared, as well as connections to 192.168.1.15, 192.168.1.22, and your HDHR device (192.168.1.5). The Plex Transcoder then asked DVR to stop recording since it was no longer receiving any video/audio data:
