Dvr pci card

Hello

Can someone recommend an Dvr pci card with DVB-C and analog(optional) signals what is working with plex server for TV streaming? Online stream must be for minimum 2 devices at tre same time. Are many available tuners on the market and I don’t know what to choose
My new configuration will be an Dell workstation running on windows 10. I know is better with Linux but for me is more easy to configure all the stuff under windows.

Thanks for helping

Don’t use a PCI card. You will forever battle driver issues.
Switching the operating system for the plex server is also an issue.

The only offically supported tuners are from SiliconDust.

These are connected directly to the network. So you can place them closer to the antenna/aerial as long as there is a network wire.
No driver issues.

Plex doesn’t support analog TV, nor radio.

I understand
Thank you very much for your support.
I was hoping that an pci tv tuner will do the job and I don’t have so many cable’s and devices at home.

Second problem what I read on the forums is with EPG that doesn’t support the channels where I want to install the dvr. They write that only 15% from channels have the correct EPG. Rest are not streamed and always error.
