Hehe. You must be new around here to not already know that Plex repeatedly prioritizes niche features that no one requested while ignoring common sense features that other DVR systems have implemented years or decades ago.
Plex seems to enjoy the idea of reinventing the wheel without looking at all the other wheels that have been created.
Even if you have multiple DVRsā¦ all channels are placed in a single group.
However, Plex Channels already include multiple groups.
I did cancel my Plex signature because they are not offering anything that help me sharing videos or organizing DVR channels.
Id like to be able to organize the channels that I bring in through tuners (both real and virtual) into subcategories in a way that is similar to the way Plex channels are presented in different categories. Iām dealing with hundreds of channels that Iād like to organize.
It seems like a simple way to get there would be to have multiple favorites lists that could be custom labeled (or even just called Favorites 1, Favorites 2, etc)
