I’ve just recently subscribed to Plex Pass and am using a HomerunExtend with the Plex DVR / Program Guide feature. All works very nicely via the web and Plex app on my iPhone.
However, the Plex app on my Apple TV doesnt seem to know about the DVR functionality - I can see previously recorded content under ‘TV Shows’, but there doesnt appear to be anything like the program guide that I can see via the web interface / iPhone app.
Is this just how it works on the Apple TV (no program guide / DVR controls), or do I need to update something?
Server (running on Synology DS916+) - version 1.7.5.4035
Plex app on Apple TV - version 1.12 (5992)
Apple TV - model A1625 (32GB), tvOS version 10.2.1 (14W585a)
Any pointers greatly appreciated.
