Updated my QNAP today and all recordings since are not appearing in the library(s) even with a manual scan - this worked fine previously. I have setup specific directories for movies and TV DVR (HomeRunHD Prime). The recording is in the directory and I can access/play bypassing Plex media server. The library pointing to that directory just doesn’t update. The recording does show in the recording schedule and is playable via browser. Since the recording doesn’t appear in the library, then playing from a roku or non-browser client isn’t possible.
I’m going to try deleting the library and adding back, but I doubt that will make a difference.
Anyone else seeing this or have a suggestion?
