DVR Schedule Recording failure

I have a DVR Schedule set up for Formula 1. For this entire seasion, both the Practice 2 and Qualifying episodes are silently FAILING.

Example: As of 3:00 PM today, the Practice 2 episode was scheduled. As of now, it’s no longer recording or scheduled (confirmed by the tvHeadend console.) Starting a playback on ESPN-U shows that it’s not recording, as it will only show video from now instead of back to the beginning of the scheduled recording. I’ve tried both New only as well as both New and repeats, without any change in behavior. Logs attached.

Why is this such a complete failure for this season? It’s ALWAYS Practice 2 and Qualifying. I’m not aware of any other failures in my DVR schedule (doesn’t mean there aren’t any.) I’ve been complaining since the season started. WHY ISN’T PLEX LISTENING?

Why is PMS finding a match when there obviously is not one?

And the Qualifying episode for day that should be recorded at 14:55 local has been silently dropped.

I managed to start a recording, late by 30 minutes, using the Android Plex client.

There is something very strange going on.

And it’s doing it again, for the Spanish Grand Prix. Missed Practice 2 this afternoon.
