Had setup working with XTEVE and plex, woke up yesterday and there was just one channel., removed dvr, reinstalled XTEVE, went to setup up again in plex and the antenna option is missing, only option is cable. Searched but have been unable to find anything.
Do you not have the guide data in xteve? If so use the xmltv option in plex for the guide and pull it from xteve.
guide data is in xteve, and xteve is up and working… plex won’t let me choose anything but ‘cable’ when it detects a new tuner. Before it would let me choose antenna, then i could enter the links to xteve.
Don’t worry about the cable selection, it does not matter. The issue is that xteve is not sending the channels so you need to look in xteve and check if your channels are enabled and the epg is mapped correctly. Once the channels show up click the continue and in the next screen select xmltv guide. You will need to enter the guide url in plex and can be found in the header in xteve.
thanks, the comments got me in the right direction…xteve had installed itself on a virtual network connection and not a connected one. once I disabled the extra network adapters it worked.
