I fund a bug with the software. When I test this I found that plex is able to record using both of my USB TV tuners.
During my test I found that it can record 2 channels on demand. On my test I found that it can record 2 channels on schedule.
However during regular running something happens and this simultaneous recording fails for no reason.

I’m currently using the paid version. I hope this will be fix in the future as I will be returning once plex offers manual recording.
