I’m running the XTeve plugin (great plugin btw) and Plex DVR/Live TV with an IPTV service.
If I set a show to record, I can watch as the tv show starts recording, if the stream stops for a moment (buffer or otherwise) and continues, the recording of the show has stopped. Is there a way to force the DVR to record the entire time though the stream stops for a moment?
I’m having the same problem. Recordings stopping after say half an hour even though they are scheduled for longer. It’s only IPTV channels which exhibit this behavior so it’s presumably the stream stopping or pausing briefly (but this could happen with a tuner on the local network potentially). Obviously if there is an outage we can’t expect the impossible but for minor blips it would be much better if it could record what it can and continue. In my experience of watching these streams it’s probably just a slight buffer after which it continues without missing any content.
