DVR "There was a transcoder error"

I’m using the latest beta of Plex Media Server, 1.13.7.5369. I’m moving from SageTV to Plex DVR and I’ve been experiencing the occasional recording that receives this error. I’m not sure what’s going on. Everything works fine other than these occasional errors. I have a few back-to-back shows that I’ve been recording for testing in the mornings. I’ve never had a problem in SageTV on the very same hardware and host OS. It appears to have started recording successfully about 49 minutes after it the program started. Here are logs.
