DVR will not set up a recording when 'All Episodes' is selected

When I select a show to record from the grid guide and select ‘All Episodes’ to record, the program initially (sometimes) shows the three red dots indicating that the recurring recording is set-up. If I then look at the ‘Recordings’ tab, the program is not listed. I then go back to the grid guide and the three red dots on that program are gone.

If I select the same program and pick ‘This Episode’, I see a single red dot and the program does show up on the recordings tab. If I then go back to the grid guide the program still shows the single red dot.

This appears to be a somewhat recent problem since I have a few programs that were set up some time ago that still record all new episodes without needing to be set up each time to record.

I have an HDHomeRun CONNECT (2 tuners) and an HDHomerun CONNECT Quatro (4 tuners) enabled in Plex DVR.

How do I fix this?

Funny I just reported on this same thing in another thread, but yep i’m having the same issue as well. Using Hdhomerun Prime 3 tuner.

Actually figured it out from another post. Had an old episode that had the wrong meta data/episode information in my TV shows folder. I cleaned out the folder and did an empty trash in plex, scanned my TV shows library and it showed up as a scheduled recording again.
